Article description

The vineyard is located in the heart of Walloon Brabant. Anne and Christian, passionate about wine and vines, decided in 2016 to plant around 15,000 vines on a 3.3-hectare south-facing plot, near their family farm. They selected Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois and Pinot Noir to produce high-quality sparkling wine (Crémant) using the traditional method. Their approach is rooted in respect for both the soil and the vine.
