    Absolutely, all products sold on Wimzzi are made by local artisans and creators. Each seller must sign a Charter of Quality and Authenticity guaranteeing the artisanal and/or local nature of the products before being able to sell them. Wimzzi conducts regular checks to ensure compliance with this Charter.

  • What payment methods are accepted on Wimzzi?

    We accept a variety of payment methods, such as Bancontact or iDeal and including credit/debit cards and Apple Pay. In the near future, we will also be able to accept Eco-vouchers and gift cards. The available payment options will be displayed during the payment process. To limit banking transaction fees on the platform for the benefit of the entire Wimzzi community, we nevertheless encourage you to prioritize Bancontact or iDeal payments.

Nevertheless, Wimzzi promotes a conscious consumption approach, respectful of the producer and the environment. Think eco-responsible before returning your purchase!

    All our artisans commit to respecting our Quality Charter. However, as we rely on the information from the sellers, we cannot guarantee 100% authenticity of each product, as it depends on the information provided by them.

    Sellers shipping on Wimzzi from Belgium can choose to offer international delivery, but this will depend on the seller and specific shipping policies. Sellers shipping from other countries can choose to include this option in their sales prices.
