Unpeated whisky, first aged in first-fill bourbon casks This single malt then gets a special finish: 50% in Pedro Ximénez casks and 50% in ex-bourbon casks. It is made solely from local barley grown on the unique Hesbaye terroir. Together with its 50% ABV, this explains the name of this special edition.
