Folle Blanche is a limited edition of 16,000 bottles Folle Blanche is a French white grape variety used to make cognac. The grape's high acidity comes through in the distillates as refined, fragrant aromas. This whisky first matured in bourbon casks, then in Het Anker casks. It then had a long three-year finish in cognac casks. These casks release generous notes of wood and vanilla during maturation.
