On March 4th at 4 PM, Wimzzi will bring together part of its Belgian artisan community at Blanche in Liège, alongside Jean Galler. An inspiring, human-sized gathering in a place where artisanal creation and local production come to life every day.
This is more than a visit.
It is an immersion into Belgian craftsmanship.
A meeting of committed creators.
A shared energy around handmade products and local know-how.
At Wimzzi, Belgian artisans are at the heart of everything we do. Since launching our artisanal platform dedicated to local production, we regularly visit creators in their workshops, where ideas become materials and handmade truly matters.
This encounter at Jean Galler’s continues that mission: stepping inside the backstage of an iconic Belgian house, feeling the atmosphere of a living creative space, understanding how an artisanal vision grows and supports the local economy.
At Blanche, the walls tell the story of a brand built on craftsmanship, quality and commitment. A story of creation, growth and dedication to Belgian production. This spirit of transmission is what we want to share.
Jean Galler will open a conversation about his entrepreneurial journey, his vision and his experience in building an artisanal brand. He will share what makes a craftsmanship-based project strong: consistency, high standards and the ability to evolve while protecting identity and values.
Discussions will explore brand development, customer relationships, structure and sustainable growth. A meaningful exchange between creators who choose to produce locally and support conscious consumption.
Around the table, 30 artisans from the Wimzzi community: jewellery makers, textile designers, wood craftsmen, local producers and engaged creators. They share one common value: creating in Belgium and supporting local production.
Different worlds, one shared choice: produce locally, consume locally and promote Belgian craftsmanship.
The conversation will naturally focus on artisan visibility, collaboration, mutual support and collective growth. Wimzzi builds a human ecosystem where artisans and conscious consumers move forward together toward a stronger local economy.
When creators meet, new energy flows. Ideas grow. Perspectives expand. The “buy Belgian” movement gains strength.
Local journalists will attend to discover the faces behind the handmade creations, the entrepreneurial stories and the vitality of modern Belgian craftsmanship.
Every handmade object carries a story. Every artisan represents commitment to quality, local production and responsible consumption. Sharing these stories strengthens the value of Belgian craftsmanship.
We chose an intimate format that encourages authentic conversations. At the end of the event, participants will receive a curated gift box filled with handmade products from Belgian local production. A concentration of talent celebrating handmade and the choice to consume differently.
This event fully reflects Wimzzi’s vision: modernising craftsmanship while respecting its essence, connecting artisans and consumers, and encouraging everyone to choose local and conscious shopping. Today, hundreds of Belgian artisans are already part of this movement on the Wimzzi platform.
On March 4th, we will capture the most meaningful moments of this gathering dedicated to Belgian craftsmanship and local production.
And just for you, we will share on our social media:
- Inspiring conversations.
- Details, gestures and authentic moments.
- Laughter and connection.
The vibrant energy of the Wimzzi artisan community. A true sneak peek behind the scenes.
