After more than six years as a manager in a large company, navigating a predominantly male work environment while balancing job pressures and my new life as a mother, I eventually experienced burnout. This challenging period led me to reconnect with what truly brings me joy. On my doctor’s advice, I took time for myself and rediscovered my passion for decoration and dried flowers. I started crafting floral arrangements for my loved ones and decorating my home, and soon realized how much these creative moments brought me peace and serenity. Encouraged by my family, the love of my husband, and my baby’s smiles, I decided to turn this passion into a flourishing project.
