Our story began at university, between ecological discussions and culinary explorations. It wasn’t until we looked at the beauty products in our daily lives that we realized it was time for a change. Why not make our own, skin-friendly and healthy soap? That’s how Indigène was born. In 2016, after combining our scientific knowledge (pharmacy and toxicology), we made our first cold-process soap. Our soaps, shampoos, serums, and scrubs quickly won over our family and friends. This passion led us to temporarily step away from our professional careers to explore far-off cultures. It was there that the idea to create truly environmentally-conscious and skin-friendly beauty products took root. We make our products in Evere, Belgium, with a full commitment to sustainability and quality. Every product is crafted from local, natural ingredients with the utmost respect for the planet.
