Behind Chez Blanche lies the remarkable journey of Jean Galler, grandson and son of bakers and pastry chefs, who fell in love with chocolate so deeply that it became his life’s work. Together with his wife Yvette, he created a world where goodness, simplicity, and authenticity come together: inventive chocolates, generous biscuits, a return to traditional baking… always with a touch of daring and a lot of passion.

Today, Chez Blanche is the legacy of an essential Belgian savoir-faire and a promise of sincere indulgence, carried by the same desire: to share simple and genuine emotions.
