Jean Galler, a timeless legacy in Chez Blanche’s DNA

It is impossible to talk about Chez Blanche without mentioning the story and vision of Mr. Jean Galler. This visionary master chocolatier shaped Belgian chocolate by founding Chocolaterie Galler in 1976, at only 21 years old. Together with his wife Yvette, he shared a clear philosophy: return to the essentials, to what is good and simple, while always keeping pleasure and humanity at the heart.

Today, this legacy still inspires the team at Chez Blanche, where every creation carries this unique imprint connecting past, present and future.

A trio of choc(olate) and the shining energy of hidden talents

We were warmly welcomed by Katia, Élodie and Natalie – a true trio of choc…olate. Professional, enthusiastic and deeply committed, they carry with passion the values of Chez Blanche: uncompromising quality, ethics, local roots and human connection.

But this day was also the opportunity to pay tribute to the hidden talents: the women and men who work every day behind the scenes of the biscuit and chocolate workshop, with precision, love and attention to detail. Their gestures and smiles transform a simple product into an emotional experience.

Handcrafted creations with noble ingredients

At Chez Blanche, nothing is left to chance. Biscuits are handmade with high-quality ingredients, without additives or unnecessary extras. The result? Melt-in-the-mouth shortbreads, soft cookies, delicate aromas and pure joy in every bite.
